Key Benefits for Automatic Pressure Filtration Projects
Use this product when a project needs controlled pressure filtration, lower cake moisture, enclosed operation, and automated discharge.
Low Cake Moisture
Pressure filtration, diaphragm pressing, and air drying can help reduce moisture under suitable material conditions.
Fully Automatic Cycle
The cycle can cover feeding, pressing, washing, drying, plate opening, cloth movement, and cake discharge.
Enclosed Filtration
Vertical pressure filtration helps reduce open exposure during slurry dewatering and washing operations.
High Filtration Pressure
Filtration pressure references up to 20 MPa are listed for applicable configurations. Confirm the operating limits for the selected model with Hexin engineers.
Cake Washing Option
Washing liquid can be introduced when impurity removal or filtrate replacement is required.
Stable Control System
PLC-based operation supports process monitoring, alarms, and repeatable filtration cycles.

Applications in Pressure Dewatering Projects
TFP Vertical Automatic Pressure Filter is used where slurry requires enclosed high-pressure filtration, controlled cake washing, and automatic cake discharge.
Mining Concentrate Dewatering
For concentrate filtration projects requiring lower cake moisture and automated operation.
Discuss Application →Tailings and Leaching Residue
For tailings, leaching residue, and slag dewatering where pressure filtration is suitable.
Discuss Application →Smelting and Chemical Slurry
For oxide, electrolytic residue, chemical slurry, and process residue treatment.
Discuss Application →Environmental Sludge Treatment
For selected sewage sludge, waste acid residue, and industrial solids handling projects.
Discuss Application →Working Principle
Slurry is pumped into the filter chamber. Pressure difference across the filter cloth separates liquid from solids, then diaphragm pressing, optional washing, air drying, and automatic plate opening help complete the filtration and discharge cycle.

Slurry Feeding
Feed pump sends slurry into the filter chamber.
Pressure Filtration
Liquid passes through filter cloth under pressure difference.
Diaphragm Pressing
High-pressure water or air pushes the diaphragm to press the cake.
Cake Washing
Washing liquid can pass through the cake when required.
Air Drying
Compressed air further removes liquid from the filter cake.
Automatic Discharge
The plate group opens and the filter cloth movement releases cake.
Main Structure and Components
The TFP system integrates vertical plate groups, filter cloth, diaphragm pressing, hydraulic drive, slurry feeding, filtrate discharge, washing/air-drying line, and automatic control.

Vertical Plate Group
Stacked plates form filtration chambers for pressure filtration and cake formation.

Filter Cloth System
Filter cloth supports solids capture, filtrate separation, and automatic cake discharge.

Hydraulic Drive System
Hydraulic system supports plate pressing, opening, and cycle control.

Washing and Air Lines
Configured for cake washing, air drying, and process liquid displacement where required.

Automatic Discharge
The cloth drive and plate opening action support automatic cake discharge.

Control Cabinet
PLC and electrical control cabinet manage process sequence, alarms, and operation status.

Equipment Body
Heavy-duty frame and vertical structure are designed for industrial pressure filtration projects.

Complete System
Integrated pressure filtration equipment for project installation and commissioning.

Material and Configuration Options
Different project conditions require different equipment sizes, contact-part materials, process systems, control interfaces, and service scopes.
Plate and Cloth Configuration
Plate quantity, chamber size, filter cloth material, and cake thickness are selected by filtration duty.
Pressure and Washing System
Feed pressure, diaphragm pressing, washing liquid, and compressed air systems are configured by process target.
Hydraulic and Drive System
Hydraulic station, plate movement, cloth drive, and discharge mechanism are matched to automatic operation needs.
Automation Interface
PLC, HMI, interlocks, alarm points, and plant communication can be reviewed for each project.
Why Customers Trust Hexin
Quality Control from Raw Materials to Factory Testing
A pressure filter depends on frame strength, plate sealing, hydraulic stability, cloth tracking, pipeline connection, and electrical sequence. These points should be checked before delivery.
Pressure System Review
Check chamber sealing, hydraulic operation, pressure pipeline, and safety control points.
Plate and Cloth Inspection
Inspect plates, filter cloth, diaphragm parts, and discharge movement before factory test.
Automatic Cycle Test
Run the feeding, pressing, washing, drying, opening, and discharge sequence where project scope allows.
Technical Confirmation
Review material type, capacity, pressure target, washing requirement, automation scope, and site conditions.
Pressure Component Check
Check plates, hydraulic parts, pipelines, valves, filter cloth, and sealing components before assembly.
Fabrication and Welding
Control frame dimensions, welding continuity, surface condition, and installation interfaces.
