Key Benefits for Ceramic Filtration Projects
Use this product when fine slurry or concentrate needs continuous filtration, low energy operation, and reusable ceramic plate filtration.
Microporous Ceramic Plate
Ceramic filter plates provide the filtration medium for fine-particle solid-liquid separation.
Low-energy Vacuum Operation
Vacuum suction and ceramic capillary action help reduce energy demand compared with some pressure-based processes.
Continuous Cake Discharge
The rotating filter disc moves through adsorption, drying, discharge, and cleaning zones for continuous operation.
Backwashing and Cleaning
Backwashing and cleaning configuration helps restore ceramic plate permeability during operation.
Filtrate Recovery Support
Separated liquid can be collected through the internal plate channels to support process water recovery.
PLC Control Option
Automatic operation, status monitoring, and alarm functions can be configured according to project scope.

Applications in Concentrate and Fine Slurry Treatment
DF Ceramic Filter is commonly selected where mineral concentrate, fine slurry, or process liquid requires stable vacuum filtration and filtrate recovery.
Mineral Concentrate Dewatering
For iron, copper, gold, lead-zinc, rare metal, and non-metallic concentrate filtration.
Discuss Application →Fine Slurry Filtration
For fine-particle slurry where ceramic plate filtration can support stable cake formation.
Discuss Application →Tailings and Water Recovery
For selected tailings or recycle-water duties where low-energy vacuum filtration is suitable.
Discuss Application →Environmental Slurry Treatment
For sewage sludge, waste acid treatment, and selected industrial residue applications after material review.
Discuss Application →Working Principle
The ceramic plate is immersed in the slurry trough. Under vacuum negative pressure, solids form filter cake on the ceramic plate surface while liquid passes through the porous ceramic medium into internal channels for collection.

Slurry Feeding
The ceramic filter disc rotates through the slurry trough.
Vacuum Adsorption
Negative pressure draws liquid through the ceramic plate.
Cake Formation
Fine solids remain on the plate surface to form filter cake.
Vacuum Drying
The cake continues drying as the disc rotates out of the slurry.
Scraper Discharge
The dried cake is removed from the ceramic plate surface.
Plate Backwashing
Backwashing and cleaning help keep ceramic channels open.
Main Structure and Components
The DF Ceramic Filter adopts a modular disc-type structure. Ceramic plates, slurry tank, vacuum system, discharge scraper, cleaning device, and control system work together to maintain stable operation.

Ceramic Plate System
Microporous ceramic plates provide the filtration surface and internal filtrate channels.

Rotary Disc Assembly
The disc rotates through slurry adsorption, drying, discharge, and cleaning zones.

Scraper Discharge
Scraper device removes the dried filter cake from the ceramic plate surface.

Distribution Head
Controls vacuum and filtrate discharge paths during the filtration cycle.

Cleaning Device
Backwashing or ultrasonic cleaning helps maintain ceramic plate permeability.

Ceramic Dispenser
Supports stable flow distribution and process control in the ceramic filter system.

Ultrasonic Power System
Cleaning power system can be configured according to ceramic plate maintenance needs.

Complete Equipment
Integrated frame, drive, tank, ceramic discs, and control system for project installation.
